All our meat is sourced locally, the majority is from animals bred & fattened in the Worth Valley. Our meat is hung & aged for a minimum of 21 days. We butcher all our meat in-house, so all our steaks are individually cut on-site by hand.
We choose not to purchase cheaper products from outside the UK if possible & wholeheartedly support the British farming industry.
